Occupational safety
The Legislative Decree 81/08 (and further modifications) regulates safety standards for the employees’ protection at work. From this point of view, the company shall comply with well precise procedures, starting from the risk analysis and assessment, information/training till the drafting of technical, economic and even financial plans, oriented to the optimisation of corporate choices relevant to occupational safety.
In order to start and manage safety issues at best, the employer can co-operate with outsourcing companies qualified in this sector, to get their support in terms of organisation and methods to be integrated with its work. Starting from a first analysis of the existing company practices, stC S.r.l. engineering group intends to help the Client to achieve the following targets:
- compliance with the current legislation;
- optimisation of the necessary renewal actions.

Risk Assessment: minors - pregnant women - chemical risk - fire prevention - explosion - etc.
In order to implement the regulations relative to the improvement of health conditions at work, as per Legislative Decree 81/08, stC S.r.l. engineering group makes an analysis of the main features characterising the working environment and the manufacturing process, with the purpose to identify the sources of potential risk factors that may affect the employees. This analysis will be enclosed to a technical report indicating the check of minimum safety requirements to be achieved and the operating times.

Phonometry
stC S.r.l. engineering group supplies consulting services with regards to the employers’ protection against risks generated by noise exposure as per Legislative Decree 81/08 Chapter VIII.II (and further modifications).

Training courses
Training is one of the main elements of that wide communication system between different operators: within this framework, stC S.r.l. engineering group sets up information/training courses for the numerous professional tasks established by the new safety standards. These courses deal with the following subjects: safety inside the company, first-aid, fire prevention (in co-operation with the Province Fire Brigade).
At the end of the course, each participant will be issued a qualification certificate.

Post-assessment Management
stC S.r.l. engineering group will co-operate with the Client with regards to safety approach and organization in the post-assessment phase, with the following tasks:
- Supervision of Prevention and Protection Service as per art. 31-31 of Legislative Decree 81/08;
- Updating of the risk assessment paper;
- Updating of phonometry;
- Keeping of the routine tests’ record;
- Assistance for innovation implementation;
- Assistance in case of inspections made by the appointed authorities relative to occupational safety;
- Inspections made at work in order to verify the safety level and maintenance;
- Co-ordination and participation in the annual routine meeting with the Employer, the Safety Employees’ Representative, the Physician in charge and the Manager charged of Prevention and Protection Services.
